1. How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger events like weddings or corporate events. For most events, we suggest booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. However, for smaller events such as grazing boxes or business lunches, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability. It’s always best to get in touch to see what we can do for your specific needs.
2. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. When you submit your request, please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll tailor the menu accordingly.
3. What areas do you serve?
We provide catering services in Lichfield, Tamworth, the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, and surrounding areas. If your event is outside these areas, please contact us to discuss potential options and any additional travel fees.

4. Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we offer tasting sessions for larger events such as weddings or corporate functions. This allows you to sample a selection of dishes from your chosen menu before the big day. Please contact us to arrange a tasting session and inquire about pricing.
5. What is your payment policy?
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 40% upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
6. What happens if I need to cancel my event?
If you need to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may incur up to 40% of the total event cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require full payment.
7. Can I customize the menu for my event?
Yes! All of our menus can be customized to suit your event, theme, and preferences. We love working with clients to create unique dining experiences that fit their vision. Just let us know your ideas, and we’ll work with you to bring them to life.
8. Do you provide staff for events?
Yes, we can provide professional catering staff to help with service during your event. From servers to bartenders, our team will ensure that your guests are well taken care of. Staffing costs vary depending on the size and type of event, so please inquire for details.
9. Do you provide equipment and tableware?
For full-service events, we can provide all necessary equipment, including serving dishes, cutlery, plates, glassware, and linens. If your event requires specific items (e.g., themed decor, outdoor furniture), we can help arrange rentals or work with you to source them.
10. Can I order grazing boxes for delivery or collection?
Yes! Our grazing boxes are available for both delivery and collection. We offer free delivery within 5 miles of Lichfield (WS13), and a delivery fee applies for locations outside this radius. You can also collect from our location in Lichfield.
11. How do I place an order or request a quote?
To place an order or request a quote, simply fill out our Request a Quote form on the website. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the type of event, number of guests, location, and any dietary requirements or preferences. You can also contact us directly via phone or email to discuss your needs.
12. What is the minimum number of guests for catering services?
The minimum number of guests we cater for varies depending on the service. For full-service catering, we typically require a minimum of 15. However, for smaller orders such as grazing boxes or takeaway afternoon tea, there is no strict minimum. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
13. Can I hire you for a small, intimate gathering?
Absolutely! We cater events of all sizes, from small family gatherings and intimate dinners to large weddings and corporate functions. No event is too big or too small for us to bring the infusion of flavorz!
14. How is leftover food handled?
We are happy to package any leftover food for you to take home, upon request. However, please note that once the food leaves our supervision, we are not responsible for its safety or quality. For food safety reasons, we recommend consuming leftovers within 24 hours and storing them properly.
