2. Booking and Confirmation

Initial Inquiry: To inquire about our services or request a quote, you must provide detailed event information, including the number of guests, location, date, and specific catering needs.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when we receive a signed agreement or confirmation email and any applicable deposit (see Section 3).

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [insert percentage] is required to secure the booking for your event. We reserve the right to decline bookings without a deposit.

Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us in writing of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements when booking. We will make every effort to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Allergen Disclaimer: While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we prepare food in environments that may handle nuts, gluten, and other allergens. We are not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our food.

5. Event Day Responsibilities

Access and Setup: You must ensure we have sufficient access to the event venue at the agreed time to set up the catering. Any delays caused by the venue or client may result in additional charges.

Equipment and Staff: We provide all necessary catering equipment and staff unless otherwise agreed. Any damage to our equipment caused by guests will be charged to the client.

Leftovers: We will package any leftover food for you to take home if requested. However, we are not responsible for the safety of food after it has left our supervision.

6. Pricing and Payment

We are not liable for any failure to perform our services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes). In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event or issue refunds where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on our website and promotional materials remain the property of AP Catering & Events – Infusion of Flavourz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
